Telia wanted to train their customer service staff in efficient sales and thereby increase the added sales and to improve customer interactions.

What did Intermezzon’s solution look like?

We contstructed a tailor made interactive sales training made up of simulated customer meetings that give the participants the opportunity to practice and understand the different steps and road to success in "the optimal customer meeting".

What was the outcome?

As a complement to other trainings within Telia Customer Service, our training increased the ability in the Customer Service staff to be more selling by better mapping and meeting the customer needs. This makes it possible to achieve your personal goals, but also to get more satisfied customers.
