Before the extensive season hiring Liseberg wanted to make their recruiting process more efficient and quality secure that the right persons are recruited.

What did Intermezzon’s solution look like?

We constructed an interactive try-it-out day at Liseberg where the applicant, in a number of typical scenarios that takes place in the theme park, could check his or her behaviour according to the Liseberg values.

What was the outcome?

With help from our simulations, Liseberg gets an approximation of the applicant’s attitude and opinion. This makes it easier for the company to make a selection and thereby reducing the number of applications that the human resources office has to evaluate. It also gives a more validated material for quality securing that Liseberg hires the right staff. For the applicant it offers a fun opportunity to try out what it is like to work at Liseberg.
